Hell yes. I was worried about that leak in particular because it actually confused me a bit, when most theories/leaks don't confuse me. It just gave me an Uchikoshi feeling. But again, there was some shit that made no sense.

The title ID should be easy enough to determine, the game is already available for preload on the JP eShop. Games in different regions are usually just +/-100 hex to the title ID. You could probe the servers and just wait until they start sending you data, then compare it to the JP version and it should be nearly an identical size
As for the key, I'm really wondering how long it would take to brute force, especially if multiple people were working on it...I guess it's not that easy otherwise all the codes would just be bruteforced instead of someone having to actually buy it first
So, is the 3DS version going to be good? It looked pretty bad at first, but the screenshots on the eShop looked alright.
