Open world games take the cake, though. They're all boring fetch quests devoid of enjoyable content, and all pander to people that can't play games by having no difficulty(Even in games ostensibly designed around putting you up against a 'superior force' like Far Cry.)
I mean fuck me, there are singleplayer/coop guerrilla warfare mods for ArmA 3 like Antistasi that blow 60 dollar AAA games with millions of dollars and several years in development budget out of the fucking water and they're made by one or two guys in their spare time for shits and giggles.
Open world games don't even try to be different from each other. They're actually worse than FPS games in that regard, which is a real achievement.

Come on anon I do archery as a hobby, and while bows can have amazing strength to a point that would surprise the uninitiated(Hell, even a light practice bow with a weak pull and blunt practice arrows could lodge shots into a car door. I've easily plinked them through an old metal shack at 25 meters. The real deal has far more force behind it for things like hog hunting), but you're not taking down big, thick robots. Those things are clearly made of solid, thick plating, with lots of heavy parts with plenty of foundation in order to support the size, weight, and mobility of the machine as a whole. Those things wouldn't be easy to knock out even with anti-tank weaponry.
