Pharah is so fucking close to being an amazing character, it pisses me off.
Also, they nerfed McCree and Widowmaker waay too hard. I like the idea of increasing headshot multiplier but the total damage should be changed from like 120 to 130. As long as it doesn't one-shot body shot Zenyatta and Tracer you're fine. That seemed to be everyone's biggest complaint.
MccREEEEE's Fan the hammer damage is almost halved. It's a little too much.
Reaper is cool. I love him.

Ironically a character that plays like COD is one of the more skill based.
>Has to legitimately hit everyone outside of Ult
>Has to land Helix almost dead on to really get anything out of it
>Has to manage a heal so he doesn't distract his own healers
>Has semi squishy life so he has to get in and stay in without getting hit.
More can be said about that then half of the cast which is braindead because they require limited actual aim and mobility is super straight forward.

I feel like they did a good job with the balancing and every character has a situation/counter pick to make them viable.
Only tier rankings should be viable and situational.
