To get Darkmoon blade you need 30 proof of concord kept covenant items. You can get these by farming Silver Knights for 15 hours or by playing online. The autosummon for darkmoons is broken so most people never get summoned and you can only get all trophies/achievements by farming.

I'm 99% convinced that blue covenants are not broken, people are just retarded and try to get summoned at the wrong places, at the wrong character and weapon levels, or are trying to get summoned in overcrowded areas like Irythill, or at lv120.
I casually got all ears on my platinum character while doing the swamp and cathedral areas.

In NG+ you can get summoned to other areas, even though you may not have got to them yet in your journey. I just got summoned to the Cathedral whilst I was ass-deep in the swamp.
Granted, I'm level 116 and you'd think there's not going to be many people with Way of the Blue, but I sure got a lot of blueberries coming after me when I was invading.

Probably thanks to cucks like me who chose to wore way of blue their whole 3 playthroughs since release. The entire system of blue phantoms not having orbs to invade with creates a situation where people getting DMB is mutually exclusive of others not getting it, or reliant on more and more people buying the game but it is already dead.

If you actually farmed knights you're literally retarded. Blue Sentinels auto summoning works fine and you get the same drop which you can then to turn to Darkmoon covenant lady.

Stop exaggerating, with 350 item discovery (I did it with 420~) it takes an average of 4 hours (the exact number I cannot remember). I personally did it in about 3 hours.

To elaborate on my post, just fucking respec to 99 luck and enough to equip a high damage weapon (rapier, gs for 100% stagger etc) and equip avarice symbol, crystal rapier in offhand, rusted coins each run and you'll get them in like 4-5 hours tops

It's broken, but it's not account bound it seems, it's character bound. For example, my main (my first character) still gets summoned whereas any new chars i've made do not (once every 4 hours maybe).
This is because it is speculated that players are placed on a stack type data structure (first in, last out) as soon as they get their first covenant summon, this is in place so that newer players to the game get to experience all the action while older players begin to experience them less - probably to preserve server capacity or some shit and prioritize newer players. The system would sort of be okay if they had implemented it correctly, I feel that they must've assigned the wrong chance calculation to players further down the stack. It's weird that it only applies to characters and not the entire account though, it's just a shame that I can only play actively as a Darkmoon Blade on my original character ;_;

Its not that bad. My first 15 i got in 10 hours because i had no idea what i was doin gand was under-leveled. Once i got a build going at around 80 I farmed my last 13 in 2 hours. Avg kill time of the two knights was 1 minute for me
