Looks kind of shallow, the building parts in town are pretty simplified where you just pick a spot and place a shop from a list. You can stock the shops and villagers/travelers will buy things from them so thats interesting.
The dungeon crawling is probably where the more interesting parts are, you can scavenge for materials while going through a dungeon and you need certain characters to solve puzzles and at the end there is a boss fight.
Most of it is simplified though so don't expect too much in terms of complex mechanics.

It gives off a sort of "charming" Crystal Chronicles vibe to me and for that it has my interest. Lizard waifu is a plus for me as well because I am total scaly garbage.
Seems like a game built for multiplayer with the wanderers and multi-member party set up, but given the tags on the official game site, multiplayer is unlikely.
I hope they improve the party member AI though, it was almost .hack levels of awful during the presentation.
