Japanese people don't own computers, except for Otaku who are so far gone they may as well not be human. So there's no mass market and the only pc games made in japan are made by ameturs or by companies trying to skim a bit of money off the kind of person who would attack a teenage pop singer with a knife because she didn't acknowledge his anonymous gifts.
