I haven't played Skyrim yet and i decided to try it out. Which mods should i use to enchance the graphics but keep the original feel?
Climates of Tamriel and Enhanced Lights and FX are a great start.

Just install the Unofficial Patch and SkyUI. Play the game this way for at least a few hours (I would say at least 15-20 hours, but it's your call)) so can get the feel of the game see what you like and dislike about the game.

Don't use ENB's. They're shit, they crash your game constantly and kill fps. If you want to add filters use Imaginator.
As for textures try and stick to one author, the groundcover mod and 2K Skyrim shouldn't clash too much.

Hmmm I have Skyrim 4k, but I'm not really interested in going overboard with the graphics. I have some texture replacers and an ENB and I mostly focused on gameplay and immershun.
If you aren't using a bigger trees mod and whiterun forest you're doing it wrong
And good mods for a Paladin-ish run?

No its shit. It makes it so guards in enemy cities instantly recognize you even outside of faction clothing and there's no way to trick them. Furthermore if the guards get on to you any nearby NPC that likes you will get himself involved
