I have a 61% winrate with Zen and I usually pub. He's one of the only heroes I feel can actually carry if you're playing perfectly. Headshots melt everything.

Symettra is pretty much my main all around oddly enough. I play so many defense games that I've wound up playing sym the most out of any hero in the game.
Support Lucio, Sniper Widow though I rarely play snipers. Tank is probably a tie between Rein and Zarya at the moment. Offense is a tie between Reaper and McCree.

Symetra is easy as fuck to play, I don't get why people say she's useless.
Yes she's useless on offense but so is tjor.
On defence she is a good, not so much if you hold the last point if it's close to your spawn or if the escort thing is close to spawn but still.
I have won more games playing symetra then tjor, besides that I absolutely destroy teams when I rush in. Her death ray is insane and retards can't seem to hit me when I run around them bunnyhoping.
Turrets are meh but they serve as a deterrent and detection thing, even then if you place a ton some heroes get death rayed to death and killed to death.
Plus she's a good tracer counter, actually she's good against all except maybe tanks but even then she can do substantial damage.
Don't forget the portal, on all defence maps where you need to hold the first point it's a godsendalso placing turrets at their spawn for laughs

Zarya's shields are the most durable in the game and not only eat ults for breakfast but make her stronger when they do
Ults like Tracer's, D.Va's, and Junkrat's are seen as more of an opportunity to get a free DPS boost than a credible threat to any competent Zarya player
