one way that could be done is to have someone (or some group) create an account on youtube and set up an e-mail account (or something similar) where people can send their videos to be uploaded
the main thing is that the person or people running the channel needs to not be complete power-hungry faggots and not privately control the content that is uploaded
it would be good for people to show some sort of ability in video editing, content creating and managing to be the one(s) to run the thing
maybe something like the gilvasunner channel that is ran by a bunch of content creators, but in this case the content would be create by not a defined group of people
