Consoles sometimes get a nice game and i am not deluded to think a PC port in less than a year (see Bloodborne, still a PS4 exclusive and people still cry/laugh about it).
Besides, after discovering doom modding, my backlog went from 30 games to 5000 doom wads + other gameplay mods.

PC gaming is actually cheaper than console gaming now.
All my favorite games and series come out on consoles.
Console games are also simple to start up. You put the game in and it plays. Don't have to struggle to start it right and change 20 settings so it runs properly on my specific piece of equipment. IDGAF about graphics or online play so imo PC is just pointless in most instances.

Honestly, I think if you're poor, you should save up for a PC anyways. You can pirate all the software you need anyways, including games. Just think, 30 years of gaming history opened up to, all for free.

I don't choose console over PC. I have an 8 year old laptop that I still do all my gaming on. PC gaming is great because you can play on the old games like Deus Ex.

Mkx is running perfect though you confuse with batman. Mkx had to change devoloper cause they were shit. Not game tself . Dlc pack1 also came in to pc . Problem was online part but thats always problem with console port pc games. Nobody plays them so they have lag .

I'm poor and the last console I owned was a Genesis. I play all my (free) games on my laptop, and I also do everything else in it. Consoles, and specially console games aren't ever a choice for people who are actually poor.
The obvious ones are exclusives. I know that you can emulate damn near anything on a PC, but the bottom line is, I don't care that much. It's just, I play games somewhat often, even less now that I'm 18, and have to do stuff. If I was a person who was able to/ wanted to sit down for hours on end playing games, I'm sure PC would look a lot more desirable to me. Honestly, even when I do have time, I rarely play for more then like, an hour and a half tops. Gaming is my go-to thing to do when I have down time, and I'm always looking forward to new releases, checking out news from events like E3 (wanted a real Wolfenstein announcement), pre- ordering games, whatever. I've never really been a casual player is what I'm saying. I just don't know how old or who these people are who have the time and are capable of sitting down for hours on end playing videogames. It's just, like, you get to a point where you don't have the time or motivation to really be a PC gamer. It just seems like eventually it isn't worth it anymore.
