How the hell do you get this guy silently?
He drinks from his glass ONCE, and after I poison it he never touches it again.

I assume the script starts the moment you enter the garden, but even if i run he's still already drinking before i reach it.
Poison the drink before he drinks it. He only drinks it once, though.

I ditched trying to get SA after after 8 attempts trying to poison his drink. I'm not really sure how you're supposed to get SA rating otherwise. I think think they dropped the ball by making this Elusive Target so restricting.
1. Shoot bottle wearing plague doc disguise.
2. Go to sewers under the church.
