Also an additional wall on the top to keep the rain from coming in. If you're feeling fancy you can even angle it to make rain and snow not pool on top.

You should do what I've always wanted to in the sims: make a house with two people, wait for them to get inside, and then delete all the doors. Make it a hell hole, no toilet, no bed, scarce food, the works. Eventually they will start fighting/starving. The living Sim wins and advances to the next round where you find another roommate and repeat the above

It's a tossup between 2 and 3 from what I've gathered. I haven't played 2, but 3 is cool because the entire neighborhood is open and you can customize everything down to textures/colors. However, it is horribly optimized and chugs like crazy the more mods you have installed and the longer a save goes on.
