y'know a lot of people are saying that Aqua's running might be too fast which is true, but looking at the maps which are fucking huge compared to KH2 it would be a pain in the ass to traverse if it was any slower than what we have here.
I played the demo. It's super duper fun. You can also be really fast with the spells if you want. Aqua's basic attack is much faster as well.

Command styles have to be triggered manually. You do a bunch of spells and a "triangle" prompt will come up. You can either press the prompt and enter into a command style(in the demo it was Aqua's signature "Spellweaver"), or NOT press the prompt and just keep casting spells.
There's mana bar like in KH2, but Aqua doesn't use that much magic and her playstyle really demands you go full tilt with it
There's also TONS of cool shit Aqua can do with her magic. Like I noticed that after you cast Blizzaga there's a little ice path left over that you can grind on

You kind of have to get a feel for it. The time for the prompt is very generous however, they give you like thirty seconds to activate it.
And yeah you can go double firaga as a combo. In fact when fighting hordes you best be chaining spells
