The wing suit is 10/10 which is pretty good because the vehicles are all utter dog shit except for the jets and planes which are now a little too easy to steer compared to 2.
Also the performance is iffy, frequent slowdowns when you start blowing things up, the map doesn't have a lot of variety like the 2nd did but it does nail the comfy Mediterranean environment that it shoots for. Story is shitty but not as fun-over-the-top shitty as 2

I'm playing it on vita right now. You do feel a hit on frames when running around. But gameplay is turn based so it's not really an issue. What is bothersome is the load times from enter/exiting buildings. You'll learn to use quick travel to cut down on those load screens though.
