However, Overwatch CAN do 60 tick. It's just accessible through custom game, and custom game only. At least, from what I'm told. Haven't checked it, myself, yet.

What's that supposed to mean? Unreal Tournament and Quake were fun a decade before Overwatch ever was. Overwatch suffers too much from a hugbox mentality letting everyone 'win', skill is hardly a determining factor when the heroes are all designed with rock, paper, scissors counters in mind. And most importantly Quake Champions and Lawbreakers won't be slow as shit like Overwatch is. I played Overwatch for a week at launch and I've already gone back to TF2.
