And considering Uncharted 4 only posted the same numbers of Halo 5's Global launch and every Sony exclusive before that on PS4 failed spectacularly or posted middling numbers like Infamous or Bloodborne. No one buys consoles for the exclusives no more. Only 200K PS4's were sold on Uncharted 4's launch. Ten years ago, Millions of consoles would be sold for a major AAA game.

But Dead rising 4's trailer lacked anything like it being an exclusive. Their uploaded video also missed it's chance to mention that it is an exclusive, yet state of the decay, a much smaller game mentioned it being an exclusive. So maybe DR4 will be on PS4 this time around

Well most the third parties that they announce doesn't require a DX12 platform especially their indies. Most of the PC games announced on Xbox conference will get most of their revenue from Steam and from their receptive publisher's storefront rather than on W10 storefront. the DX11 version of Rise of the Tomb raider earned more compared to DX12 W10 version. Quantum break didn't sold all that much and got mediocre reviews because it didn't have a steam version.

That is where Playstation is actually superior. If it is exclusive on PS4, odds are really high it is EXCLUSIVE to that system and not available on the PC. You have exceptions of course with shit like Street Fighter and Rocket League and what not, but you won't see Uncharted, Last of Us, Ratchet and Clank, Killzone, etc. on anything officially other than a playstation system.
You may or may not like those titles, and that is fine, but they are indeed exclusive.
