In Birthright the Hoshido Royal are supposed to be you're birth family from whom you're kidnapped from at a very young age. They're Japanese inspired and have very peace loving and prosperous society. In Conquest, the Nohrian Royals are you're adopted family who have raised you since the kidnapping. Nohr is notably a hellhole with a cruel kind and spoiled land. The residents can barely get by and many are starving. Pic Related is Hoshido. If you chose Birthright you pretty much rejoin with Hoshido. If you chose Conquest you stay with you're adopted family

Honestly, I think you should just drop Mozu if you're not gonna make her an archer. She's literally the only sniper you can get in Conquest and the only person who can use a bow besides Niles for a long time. Bow users are extremely important in Conquest and while Niles is an amazing unit on his own, you will suffer if he's literally your only archer.
