You need to max your rep with Cain so he will show up at the end. He will tank the fist coming for Faye and thus nobody sacrifices themselves.
Also you have to max rep and save Bo so he wont betray you.

I was frustrated, yet entertained by the goofiness.
Real fun game. It's kind of like Gunstar Heroes 3D. Lots of wacky robot bosses, and on-rails segments.
If it ever goes on sale on steam I recommend grabbing it.
Only shame is PC doesn't have Co-Op, while consoles did. Since this game would have been fun as fuck multiplayer.
