Tittyfall 2 was the one exception and highlight.
My expectations weren't really high, but I was hoping for at least one good surprise. But alas, there was pretty nothing new. Only new reveal was a swedish indie game that looked really boring. There wasn't even any gameplay for the Mass Effect. It's kinda concerning that the biggest name in the video game business couldn't get more titles for biggest video game show of the year...

The announced four new star wars games, but told us nothing about them except the studios making them.
They told us things about Titanfall2 that everybody figured out in the morning with the new trailer leaking before hand.
They announced new indie and debut support initiative, showing a "small" studio game that sounded good on paper the the trailer was underwhelming as fuck.
There was a fuckton of boring bullshit about sports.
And they talked a lot about Battlefield 1, showing the footage proving that they ABSOLUTELY don't have the guts to do anything trully bold and original with it.
Most fascinating to me was the way they talked and shot their promo videos. I understand: E3 is a financier showcase first and journalism and public second. But still:
The way these people talked through out the entire damn show, and through ALL of the promo materials was just mad. It was not communication, it was this bizzare verbal masturbation. They did not say what anything is, they just layered superlatives after superlatives after generic buzzphrazes.
Is this how businessmen talk these days in the west? Is this considered a normal speech?
I've seen people bashing the last years PC show and while it was pretty boring, it was NOWHERE nearly as painful and cringeworthy to watch than this shit.
