It's a good game and I don't get /v/'s hate for it, probably because Bethesda. I got it recommended because I couldn't stand Oblivion/Skyrim because of the shitty melee combat and clocked 80 hours with it. Might be go for a run with mods next time.

GTA V is JUST ANOTHER GTA. Red dead redemption is a game set in the west, and is still to be topped by another game in the same setting. Yep, I agree with those points, except for the world. It had tons of lore and story behind many locations. Also, there was almost 2 gaming generation gap between the games, so bethsda did a nice thing in giving a once great series a new life. I agree, out of the past three games, and maybe even the series, f3 is the worst (imho), however it set the grounds for what we have today.
