Poison Ivy could still be alive in the BB timeline; plants have a long life if taken care of properly, or the whole born, die, repeat scenario. I always felt that losing the cape was a mistake. The idea around the suit was to look imposing, scary. Batman loses visual mass without the cape, so he ends up looking smaller. And Terry, being far smaller and thinner than Bruce was in his prime, just looks like a gremlin.

The Beyond suit is more of a stealth design, so the cape would get in the way. And it has the jets, so the cape is no longer needed for gliding. I think the design works as it is, but it would also work with a sleek cape. It highlights his smaller frame, which looks interesting, visually.

huh? But you can just watch or read any Bruce Batman material if you hate the differences so much. Part of the appeal of Beyond was the contrast between Terry and Bruce, AND the fact that Terry's abilities were mostly owed to Bruce's intelligence in building the suit and in guiding him over the radio. He was never supposed to be as strong, smart, skilled, or morally pure as Bruce.
You seem to just be mad at those of us who like it so much, but our enjoyment of Beyond doesn't take anything away from our enjoyment of any other versions of Batman.
