I mean... why? They've obviously put a lot of effort into decent voice acting and then wasted it over stupid gimmicks that only make it pretentious. Meanwhile, Polish dubb is so-so when it comes to voice acting (still the best Geralt, the French one maybe getting close), but at least it avoids all the memery.
