It's TOO much like Banjo Kazooie. Of course, I want the old days of kick ass Rare titles back, but they could have tried to a bit original with it.

I'm talking general themes, like giving random inanimate objects googly eyes, the logo being the exact same, the voices being made the way Banjo voices were made. It makes me wonder if Microsoft could have a case against them. From what I seen, the gameplay is the same as well, outside of the mine-cart track they showed.
