It's fast, action packed and as fun as hell, good controls too. I've only played missions up to where I am in the anime though so I there's upgrades and weapons and more advanced suits I haven't yet used. Even 2 on 2 battles are exciting, I even cant imagine 3 more gundams flying around on the screen.
I'm still waiting for GB3 but supposedly that game is even better than VS Force with more gameplay options and customization so essentially VS Force on steroids.

Not many downsides.
I like in Europe and I have a US account. When you buy PSN codes off Amazon or wherever, set your address to Antartica or something where there is no sales tax. You'll save bucks in the long run with a US account and have access to a lot more sales.
The only downside is you have to buy codes to purchase in increments of $10, $20 and so on. The one other thing that may effect you is the upcoming God Eater release which gets released physically in Europe along with a free digital code for RE to my knowledge the code is region locked. If you buy the US version of God Eater physically or Digitally, you don't get the second game for free like EU so you have to spent $60USD for the full release either way, unless you buy the game physically in EU and manage to sell the code to somebody then use the funds to buy RE off PSN.
