She's got uses. Her defence matrix flat out nullifies Ultimates, she can get up to lots of places, never has to reload, and her gun when out of the mech has great range to the point she can pick off people from across the map.
The problem is that her DPS is atrocious enough that any competent player can react quick enough to do something about it, as you lose all manoeuvring when shooting, and your crit area is as large as Roadhogs belly. Also her Ultimate is blocked by a waist high box and has such a long time to react, the only things it's going to get are Bastions, Turrets, or morons. The main issue is that the matrix versus Ultimates aside, she's a worse Winston.
