Her concept art, later official art, in-game models, and comic book appearances all show her with mechanical ball joints that make it literally impossible to fit flesh inside. Another obvious flag is that her allies in the official comics who wear the same kind of armor as her don't have the same ball joins, only another specific character has them on his arms but that's it. I mean, come on, you have all these examples AND the fact that a comic has her uniquely barring mechanical limb joints while her allies in the same comic do not.
