My 750ti runs it at 60FPS 1080p on low. However all the additional shit makes a fucking huge impact, and makes literally no difference unless you run the game at 1440p or higher, and even then on a GTX 1080 the draw distance is FUCKING pathetic.

This. With OC it can handle 1080p60 without too much hassle. It can't handle anything more than that, and it'll start cracking under PhysX and TressFX or whatever, but if you want that target it's a good card.
