I thinkVirtual Realityis just a joke trophy, like say there's a "video game" in one of the escape rooms, and if you do something right you get a trophy. Unforgettable is probably something similar, entering a date on a puzzle correctly.
Wrinkle in Time is a gold trophy though, so it's probably much more important. It's pretty self explanatory from the description, "Shoot that person", the question is who. Maybe it's just referring to the gun at Sigma's head in the preview, but then the name of the doesn't really have any meaning.
