Honestly MS will probably win. Wait for them to announce the Xbox Scorpio bundled with an Oculus Rift for $650. They have a lot of ground to make up and they have acknowledged it, they've been biding their time since taking in the chin a few years ago.

As someone who loves Nintendo, Sony has this E3 sealed. MS is becoming more and more irrelevant, EA, Ubi and Bethesda are all third party and probably can't win because of bullshotting, and Nintendo's basically sitting this one out.

Sony has been too complacent these past few years and nothing is ever spurring them to change that so I'm not really expecting much if anything from them.
Nintendo is clearly trying to do another late fall Nintendo-only conference of its own in the lead-up to the NX launch next year, so its E3 will likely be(as advertised) another lowkey "games that will be releasing this year and early next year" thing like last year. So playable Zelda, and Treehouse showing off a bunch of other soon-to-be-released titles like Dragon Quest and TMS.
I'm genuinely banking on Microsoft to be the surprise dark horse.

Microsoft probably, Phil Spencer is shaping microsoft up and they are making interesting decisions the price drop of the Xbone isn't gonna be beat by sony besides they have the new one coming out being more powerful than the new ps4. That could happen or we might end up seeing sony pull a "ps3" where their console ends up being expensive and the rival being cheaper but eventually wooing over consumers over time but thats merely an exaggeration
