Unless you're 76, non-turret Bastion, Widowmaker, Zarya, or a support, shut the fuck up and don't charge headfirst into a Mei.

Her TTK is far higher than other characters. With Mei you have a chance to fight back; If it were a McCree or Reaper you'd just be dead.

Depends if they are playing console or PC.
On console she can be a problem, simply because it takes too long to react and shoot her dead.
On PC it's pretty much a nonissue.

She's a pubstomper, great at killing shitters who overextend, find her 1v1 and die a slow, humilating death.
Otherwise there are heroes that can instagib her like McCree and heroes that are too fast for her to reliably freeze like Tracer. Just dodge around her freeze ray as best as possible and don't go all-in until she uses her heal, her freeze ray has low range and she's not very fast.
And if you get caught by a Mei as a Widowmaker or a Torbjorn, that's, your own damn fault.
