Felt like doing a little paint over. Didn't try to change or fix stuff but more like re render on top.
You seem to be using different line width a bit but it feels a bit off in parts. Like the straps on the dress. If you're intentionally going for that try to think it like: the closer the things are in the forward and back axis the thinner the line and the lighter the thinner. Or something.
Then the gritty scribble things. I feel there's too much white space around them to justify them being so... scribbly. Like they don't blend in. Also I'm personally not a fan of the trails from one stroke to another. Like the little strings from hot glue. Either continue the stroke or have a decisive start and end to it.
