Capo cm wanted to have Galactus be the end boss for MvC2, but Marvel shut them down because of power level concerns. Rather than going for range, he might be more of someone like ryo who has short range projectiles with quick recover so that he can get close and put pressure with blockstrings that end with hadouken.
Pretty much a complete rush down shoto clone with 50/50 and a hurricane kick that is completely safe. Make his close range hadoukens do knockdown.
