Retail card is $200, it's not unreasonable to think that Sony can work with AMD to put the GPU in the PS4 without drastically altering the cost of the hardware. Let's not forget this new unit will most likely sell for the same $399 the original PS4 sold for, so it's quite possible for this GPU, or at least a version of it could be in there.
