I believe NoE usually posts cryptic shit on their Twitter all the time so it's probably a coincidence. But I'm definitely hopeful because the last two packs were fantastic, the best DLC Nintendo's ever made in my opinion.

No, you're right. And it's because they were made as part of the base game. Literally all of the files, models and textures were last modified the same time as the base game, they just cut it off and sold it back to you.
