I'd say it's 5/10, it's serviceable but it's not really the reason to play the game. It had its moments but it's still pretty clunky. I wish potions and sword oils came more into play, the only potions I really used were healing ones and I rarely bothered using potions for monster damage.I enjoyed the combat in TW3's as much as I enjoyed Dragon's Dogma's combat. Well I did use your screenshot so obviously it's shenanigans, but you might be able to partially "fix" it.
Basically, aside from the barf filter, the other biggest issue I've seen in almost every screenshot is a reduced dynamic range. Basically if you do a sweetFX/reshade and enable levels with the parameter "Levels_white_point 235" it should restore the range to a certain extent.

Yeah 255 is the "default" white point, so 253 is not a big difference. Normally I wouldn't recommend anything lower than around 240-245, but the white point in the shots is so consistently low that even the least offenders seem to hover around 230-235. That might be different for interiors/night conditions, I haven't seen many of those shots.
