I have the strafe RGB with Cherry Silent (Pretty much Reds), got it for sale for about $95
What I really like about the Strafe is the white background that makes the colors of the LEDs pop up more. Others might like the K70s for the aluminum body, but whatever.

Dude, I have a cousin who has a mechanical keyboard. The sound it makes is so fucking disgusting. Imagine if you ever were on a match with friends / clan with microphones/voicechat , and someone else has mechanical keyboard + leaves the microphone always on (which is good for fast pacedOverwatchgames. Do you seriously want to cause same pain for other people? I've not used enough of these (only tested a little bit on stores mostly) to get a justification for the noise they make.

If the keyboard doesn't have a LCD monitor that you can use to check "who's speaking on TS" (in-case you're playing with randoms or the group is new), you're not going to get anything absolute worth of the money. I don't know what the new logitech LCD's are like, but I can say that I adored the original G15 I had for 8 years (before I accidentally poured some vodka over it). The LCD screen was the best thing because I could also check song playing on a internet radio (in addition to who's talking).

I used browns for two years with a lot of typing/gaming then switched to blacks. Blacks feel so much more satisfying and I never accidentally hit and extra key. I guess I hit too hard.

i like blue for typing and red for vidya or for when I need to type at night (thin walls), but I've mostly just used blue becuase I'm too lazy to bring the red out and no one really cares about me typing (they better not becuase I never complain when my neighbors throws parties that last into the next day)

I have the k70, the strife has weird grips on the WASD and the part you lay your wrists on is attached i think and hard plastic. The k70 has the rubber one and it's pretty comfy town. Volume knob and Media buttons are also a plus.

It feels solid and it has decent weight to it, the only way it doesn't is if you grib it firmly and actually try to bend and squeeze it. Strafe has a rubber wrist rest too, also textured and is nice and comfy.
The white backplate really makes the light stand out too, it's glorious.

I have a Pro Model S that I've had for almost 5 year now (in 2 weeks). Has worked great, even when I spill shit on it and cleaned it up. Also got it with student discount back then.
The only thing I don't quite like on it is the glossy casing.
My G700 is the same age, and aside from the original battery no longer holding charge, it's been holding up just as good as the keyboard (which is surprising, since my other Logitech stuff dies within a few years)
