Soul Reaver 1 is the best one. The storyline gets too convoluted with its time traveling for my taste, making the whole experience really fragmented.
A remake with the original planned ending and a proper battle system would have been nice. There are so many memorable locations. The silence cathedral and the human citadel are awesome concepts that could use more fleshing out.
SR2 and defiance are really unmemorable outside of Janos Audron.
It's pretty good.
