it's actually pretty fucking good.
i'm having way more fun with it than i thought i'd have. the world is filled with characters that you happen to interact with, rather than having a world of characters that exist for your interaction.

Fantastic game.
Good graphics, enjoyable gameplay, deep and well written main story and side quests. Some minor bugs here and there, often fixed by the large patches devs make. Nothing game breaking.
Imho a milestone in gaming.

Eh, sign intensity builds are pretty fucking game breaking. Also, the 1.0 version has some bugs ranging from annoying to game breaking (set a siren on fire? Game crash.)
Overall the game is pretty incredible. I'm 50ish hours in and it's still very fun.

It's a great game with an incredible amount of quality content.
I would however suggest playing the first witcher game or reading a few Witcher books before playing this game, you'll understand a lot more and lets you enjoy another layer of the game.

Yep 1.0 was buggy. Luckily them placks patched it for good and many times shaping it pretty decently. Blood and Wine has some lesser bugs now but hell, game's fabolous. And BWs location resembles my birthplace.
Iv finished the first Witcher 1 and im gonna start the second one soon. How many expansions is Witcher 3 suppose to get? Im thinking of just waiting until a version with all the DLC comes out

I'm on the fence.
I came in at Witcher 2 and I don't really care about any of the characters or the world. It's a well realized setting but doesn't feel very unique. The story could use a lot more focus as well, the myriad power struggles going on between various empires, lords, and monsters seem like background noise without much bearing on what you're trying to accomplish.
Geralt is a fun protagonist though.
