It's notable that Villager isn't in top 10, though a lot of people seem to think he is. I think his weaknesses are a bit too notable, with Ranai mostly carrying his results.

Ryu's advantage is disgusting but his neutral and disadvantage aren't free like most of the other top tiers. You have to actually have solid footsies and can't rely on a single overtuned move to carry you through neutral.
