Are there any collector's editions that are any decent? Always thought Halo ones were kinda cool.
The best

What the fuck?
Starcraft II
The Witcher III & II
BioShock 2
Dark Souls III
Bloodborne
>gigantic box
>big hunk of plastic crap
>obligatory """art""" book (also available via Google Images) and music CD (that doesn't actually contain the licensed/vocal music on the game soundtrack)
i mean i get the idea behind having a great big LOOK AT THE THING I LIKE totem to display in your autism-cave, but at least *pretend* to have a sense of shame about it

was so hyped when this arrived

more stuff came with it you shit brick
get a job you dumb neet
Anything that comes with a statue is automatic shit and waste of money
There should be more full art books instead of the shitty 30pgae ones we always get.
Also more cloth maps. Fucking love me some cloth maps. Can easily be stored, collected and always fun viewing at any time

Have fun staying a virgin.
My collector's editions pull loads of pussy.I'm not joking.
Best one
The first two Bioshock games had decent collector's editions.
The Collectors Edition of The Division was pretty cool, it came with a digital watch.

Blizz collectors editions tend to be good.
Bioshock 2
New Vegas
I'm a big fan of the Bioshock 2 LE

I've yet to buy one that had anything special really, I bought one for shogun 2, without the figure. Decent chess set but that's about it. Halo 3 in particular was just a fucking helmet, a number on it and the discs inside a small box the helmet sat on.
Waste of money these days if you ask me.

Yeah I don't like tat, I like art and music. If every CE was just a soundtrack and good art book i'd probably have a lot more of them than I do already.

my niggas
Pretty much any CE which goes beyond lithographs, DLC coupons, a statue and an OST
Splinter Cell Blacklist had a pretty cool remote controlled plane
I wish i bought one. It's still pretty cool to have a cheap nvg just for the sake of it.

I still find it disgusting that "press kit" versions of games exist. All this neat stuff that fans would appreciate, all boxed up and presented in a really nice way just for "journalists" who couldn't actually give a fuck.

The booklet was pretty disappointing
Top Tier:
Exclusive statue/figure
Good Tier:
With actual useful shit like Shirts, panties etc
Meh Tier
Art Book, keychains
Shit Tier
OST, "collectable" random cards
Witcher 2, my boy.

I have that
The set itself is neat, but it's pretty huge and awkwardly shaped. Doesn't get displayed nowadays. But the guns are detachable which is cool for mixing and matching with whatever else you have.
Halsey's journal that also came with the "limited edition" is where it's at though, lots of detail and lore and stuff

>Top Tier
>Exclusive statue/figure
Nope. Almost all of them do that now
>>339934218
Statues are nasty. They occupy a lot of space and thoe most of them are of very poor quality.
Exclusive game related things are top tier.
Like thee book from Alan Wake, the cards from TW, Bayo gun...
And if the Art books have more than 200 pages, are pretty neat.
What was that one Japanese loli game for the Vita or PS3 that came with a bib?
