Wasn't this game free on PS+ years back? That or it was just flat out free on PSN. I know I played it but I sure didn't pay for it.

And I loved it.
I've never met or seen anyone that's played this game. It was some obscure JRPG on the Dreamcast that had a monster capture system and randomly generated dungeons.
