Its not bad. Reasonable variety in how character's play, which is good since their aren't a whole lot of maps. I only play the one game type and i've never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a match, which is comparable to waiting for a match in other mobas I guess. The meta is pretty heavily reliant on having a good healer+frontliner combo, and the matches have a time limit, which is nice for getting people to actually push and shit.
Its not bad. Not a 10/10, but good for a couple hours here and there.

The point is, in business planning you're maxing the profits over a specific "audience distribution" aka human resource.
You just basically said it by yourself, that's why food businesses are near highways and shit like that, and that's why they're rarely any close to any other bullshit, as the unwanted competition between the two stores would hamper the income of both.
Now, you might want to open your personal store near someone else's one and literally offer the same thing as they do but 99% cheaper, if you want to either lose money or just get sued for illegal competition, or you can just fuck off and be somewhere else.

There's a really simple explanation for that. When competing businesses are closer together income for both businesses are steady and slightly better on average than a single business in the same location with no competition.
Imagine two businesses on opposite sides of a city competing for customers within the city.
One business moves closer to the center of the city to attract more customers since it will now be a little bit closer to all of them.
The other business notices this and moves even closer to the center.
Repeat ad nauseum until both businesses are right on top of each other in a centralized location.
