Nexus Mod Manager, it's a program modders use to conglomerate their works for different games. You download the software, and then browse their sites for the mods you want and it negates a lot of the tediousness involved with installing them.
Because this superior service exists, of course PC traffic for Bethesda's shitty system was dwarfed by the Xbox's. The console kiddies don't have a choice for where the go for mods, PC players do.

Some of the xbox mods are decent, But they are stuff PC had for a long time. im not expecting anything big, textures, new items, and the such.
I was massively disappointed to see that cheats and shit that doesnt even make the game fun or add depth just makes it easier, even worse i had to look for a bit to find the dialogue mod since it apparently wasnt as popular as PIPBOY GOD MODE even though it actually semi fixes the dialogue.
