The other two seem fine but the Seal is way too much of a departure for me to believe it. How do you go from clown to wizard? And how is it fighting? It seems way too off, even for Pokemon.

That's probably because it was pretty blatantly made as an evo for Oshawott and the artist just decided to reuse it for this. Maybe they didn't finish it in time before the real evos were revealed back then or something.

These are awful fakes. The other ones look somewhat believable and are actually creative and cool, these don't look like remotely the right art style and are boring as fuck.
