It looks fucking useless, and something you could rig together yourself in 10 minutes. A solution for cold hands would be much more worthwhile than one for sweaty hands, but these people clearly don't care about actually innovating.
It looks like it's just a small computer fan powered by USB in some cheap enclosure. It has no way to generate a cool airflow, so if it's hot enough for your hands to be sweating that bad, then it's just going to be blowing out warm air, anyway.

Although, Steamcharts says the 24-hour peak for the game was 94 players. That ain't too bad.
