bf3 was good and bf4 is a fucking joke, the hit detection just doesn't even exist
also, around 40 players per game is ideal. 62 man servers are too much of a clusterfuck

BF2 was far and away one of the best games of the genre
2142 and 1942 were extremely fun too, but nothing will beat the days I went to a PC cafe with my brothers and friends and rolled as a squad on the cafe's BF2 LAN server (almost always full at 64 players)

BC2 for sure. My shitty dial up connection never let me enjoy Battlefield 2 to it's fullest. 2142 was alright. Battlefield 3 was fun when it was me and a friend playing, but I didn't play it solo like I did with Bad Company 2.

I personally liked BF4 the most out of them all mainly because I actually had group of friends to roll with, that said BC2 was a hell of a lot of fun as well.
anyone else here used to play the shit out of 1943 on xbox arcade? it was simplified sure but the game was a blast hopping in PT boats and launching from aircraft carriers was to good. jeeps were fun to drive. classes were pretty balanced. overall pretty good game.
Battlefield 1942 and Battlefield 2 are the best because they're not deadyetand have more replay value than 3 and 4 combined.
