Maybe it's not comparable because I'm not talking about the Vita, but a number of Steam games come with multiple localizations. You can switch-up the dialogue text into various languages, and some games even have a handful of voiced translations in multiple languages.
I don't think it'd be unreasonable to hope that maybe something like that for the handheld consoles might be possible.

Most of the other games are more about resource management. You have an overall time limit and travel/exploring/making items/whatever takes time, so you have to try to be efficient about things, and you spend a lot more time at home just making things.
There are still a few games that don't have time limits and are more like Iris, though. They make one game a year and they don't mind changing things up, so there's a lot of variation.

So if they showed up on pc they would go straight to the top of my wish list. But since they are not, will have to finish RE REV 2 (raid mode is a time hog) and then move on to mgsv probably.
