Honestly, any of them. I played through this recently and was massively unimpressed.

I liked Guacamelee Gold better, AFAIK Gold is way less broken than Super Turbo edition is. I enjoyed running through Super Turbo a few times though. Really wish the developers of this game would make a new game with the same fighting mechanics in a different setting. It's super smooth to play and a real blast to master.

This game is far from flawless but still one of my favourite. Combat was super fun and very well designed, with moves comboing into each other very well.
The boss fight against Jaguar Javier in particular is one of my favourite from any game ever.

Hard Mode Jaguar Javier with the increased damage mask was pretty sick. I thought it was so cool that Jaguar could cancel spam like the player could and sometimes he seemed completely unpredictable. Good shit.

Super Turbo is fine for playing through. The only thing I don't like about that version is that the new powerup thing is really gimmicky in some levels and makes the game even easier if you use it at boss fights.

It's one of those games that is so obscure and different from the other games on your list that I almost want to call it a meme game. You have fringe cases of people saying they beat it without a guide because they're just so awesome, oh, but don't use a guide because you'll ruin the fun.
