No. When I was a younger, all of my games were purchased second-hand by me or my parents. Since then, I just haven't found a clear reason to pay full price for a something I might not fully enjoy. Most of the games that I am currently playing (as well those in my backlog) are pirated.
I suppose there's the matter of funding the developer, but loyalty of any sort is overrated. Nobody is entitled to a profit—especially not today, where the cost of a single cast member is equivalent to the price of a car and the majority of the budget goes to advertising.
I used to. And then I switched over to PC and started using keysites so I haven't paid over 45 bucks for a 60 dollar game since. Sometimes get them as low as 20.
