Depends. Typically you should be able to get a AAA or two for $30. Used to be anything two years or older could go as low as $5 but that's hasn't been happening lately.
Honestly the Jap games are the ones that tend to see the best sales nowadays.

I've been hearing things about no more flash sales so i'm not sure. It used to be that everything went on sale but there were also flash sales and daily sales that cut much, much deeper for popular items. Its one of the primary reasons why the refund system is now here, because every single time idiots wouldn't follow advice and wait so they got burned when something they just bought went up for even less.
Basically, if flash and daily sales are still a thing, wait for them to come up or until the last day of the summer sale.
